- As reviewing administrator, that previous statement is not quite right. . What I assume it meant to say , is that you need to file the permission with OTRS as provided for by WP:COPYRIGHT. But usually it's better to rewrite. To prevent deletion, since he is certainly notable, I rewrote the basic facts. I suggest you add the rest, in your own words, using the sources for reference.
